The High Commissioner, Maj. Gen. (R) Dr. Nayyar Naseer, HI(M), paid an orientation visit to the Secretariat of the South Asia Co-operative Environment Programme (SACEP). He was received by Mr. Norbu Wangchuk, Director General, who extended a warm welcome and provided a comprehensive briefing on the Secretariat’s mandate, functions, and ongoing activities. During the visit, the High Commissioner toured the Secretariat premises and expressed his appreciation for the state-of-the-art facilities and the modern infrastructure of the Secretariat building.
