The High Commissioner, Maj. Gen. (R) Dr. Nayyar Naseer, HI(M), paid an orientation visit to the Colombo Plan Secretariat. During the visit, the Secretary-General briefed the High Commissioner on the organization’s functions, ongoing activities, and key programmes of the Colombo Plan.
