HC called on the Commandant of the Defence Services Command & Staff College

The High Commissioner of Pakistan, Maj Gen (Retd) Dr. Nayyar Naseer, HI (M), paid a courtesy call on the Commandant of the Defence Services Command & Staff College (DSCSC), Maj Gen K.W Jayaweera, at Batalanda.

During the visit, the High Commissioner was briefed on the college’s functioning and academic curriculum. He toured the campus infrastructure, including the library and academic facilities. The visit concluded with an interactive session where Maj Gen (Retd) Nayyar engaged with the faculty members and Pakistani officers currently undergoing training at the institution. He was accompanied by Defence Advisor (Pakistan).
