Gen. (R) Dr. Shahid Ahmad Hashmat handed over the sewing machines to Father\nQuintus Fernando at the High Commission of Pakistan premises. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The High Commissioner, on the\noccasion, said that this donation will help to improve the needy women to\ngenerate income by creating self-employment opportunities.
