Pakistan has four provinces viz., Balochistan, North West
Frontier Province (NWFP), Punjab and Sindh. The tribal belt
adjoining NWFP is managed by the Federal Government and is called FATA
(Federally Administered Tribal Areas). Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas
have their separate political and administrative setups, yet
some of their subjects are looked after by the Federal Government
through the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs and Northern Areas. Various Provinces of
Pakistan are further divided into Divisions, Districts and sub-districts (Tehsils).
